Just to give you an idea of what 30 kbps sounds like, listen to this version of Foster the People, Helena Beat, that I put together. The song begins at horribly low quality, but fades eventually in 320 kbps by the end of the song. I had to cut off the ending just to make it fit in Tumblr.
